In order to use the app each user has to provide certain personal data. This data is stored in a database on a server. Only data which is absolutely necessary for the meaningful use of the app is collected. At registration for example a name, an email address and a password have to be provided for the creation of a user account. The email address is used to connect different users (clients with observers). These connections are also stored. Moreover some user settings from the app are stored. This includes e.g. the notification interval, time of the first and last notification of the day and so on. Finally, notification dates of the clients are stored, for example when occurs the last ok message or when happens a help message. Only the last date for each category is stored. Consequently, no history is created!
All personal data will only be collected or processed if a user voluntarily provides this information in the app.
Data transfer to third parties (for commercial or non-commercial purposes) will not take place unless transfer is required by law.
In accordance with applicable law, you can ask us at any time whether and which personal data is stored about you. A corresponding message will be sent to you immediately. Likewise a deletion of this data (account removal) is possible on request at any time.
Your provided personal data will be secured by taking all technical and organizational security measures so that they are inaccessible to unauthorized third parties. Communication between the app on user devices and our servers over the Internet is encrypted.
It is possible that we may update these privacy policies from time to time. You should occasionally review these guidelines to stay up-to-date on how we protect your information and continually improve the app. If we make significant changes to the collection, use and/or disclosure of the personal information you provide to us, we will notify you by providing a clear and visible notification in the app. By using the app, you agree to the terms of these privacy policies.
